You are more than the things that are blocking you. The hardest part in any growth and healing process is the first step of reaching out. This takes a courage that many people do not have.

I work with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or lost in some of the noise of life. Together, we make sense of it. We build clarity, strategies, and space for change.

I've been working as a psychotherapist for almost 10 years now and have worked with people with all sorts of different challenges, backgrounds and realities. I have experience working with trauma, OCD, addictions, personality disorders, body dysmorphia, anxiety, depression and more. No matter what the challenges, we find ways to make sense of the things that are blocking you and build strategies and steps that help you navigate through it all.

You are the expert of your own experience. I'm here to help you see what's in the way, and to walk beside you as you move through it.

I also offer Clinical Supervision and Consultation for Students, Qualifying RPs, and fellow therapists seeking support in their own work.
